Make a couple of copies of everything and keep separate both when planning and travelling in case of loss. Although it depends on where you're going, for most holiday destinations, the best rule is: bring one of everything. One little black dress, one jacket, one sweatshirt, one pair of jeans. If you're going somewhere tropical, you may want to bring a couple of swim suits, and several tops that can double as casual/presentable in case you decide to dive into a nice restaurant (or historical church) while you're out and about. A sarong and scarf are good accessories to take where you might need to visit a religious site where legs and shoulders may need to be covered. It is always a good idea to carry some essentials and a change of clothes in your hand luggage just in case they lose your main luggage or it's delayed in arriving at your destination.

Don't forget, wedding planning and getting married is one of the most stressful events of your life. Scheduling fun things to do might be great, but you may want to avoid wall-to-wall activities and opt for more R&R. The two of you choose a few activities you really can't live without (whether they be together, or separate activities, a few hours apart won't hurt), but then make plenty of time to lay around, look at the scenery, have cocktails, and other ‘relaxing activities’.
